Welcome…

Many of you may have just become aware of the murder of my friend Danny Morgan from the media breaking the story of the Daniel Morgan Independent Panel Inquiry report which was published on the 15th of June 2021 or from watching the Channel 4 Docudrama, “Murder in the Car Park” which first aired on Monday the 15th of June 2020.

Morganologists who have followed the case from the beginning will have established their own opinions and theories as to why Daniel was murdered.

A number of documentaries have been produced over 34 years telling this terrible story, however I find them all lacking; either due to production problems in investigative research or editing due to legal constraints or how they finally decide what we, the public, actually get to watch often omitting significant lines of inquiry or even recorded evidence.

This unsolved homicide remains open and the Metropolitan Police are still offering £50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person who undertook this heinous crime.

My book covers many areas of Danny’s work and life that was not in the public domain until now. Much more in-depth investigative research, giving you the opportunity to see what many in the media or the police might not wish you to see. This is why I wrote, “Daniel Morgan Southern Investigation” because I was there and I did live this time with Danny and so he, through me, could still have a voice.

On this website you will have an opportunity, by clicking on the tabs, to learn about the book, the author and Daniel Morgan together with a chapter listing.

There are photographs which have relevance to Daniel Morgan’s life and death and some actual images of significant memorabilia.

There are numerous points to access purchasing the book, “Daniel Morgan Southern Investigation, Life and Death at Southern Investigations” – “I was there I lived it” which, is exclusively available to buy and download immediately and is also available in paperback on Amazon.

Book Reviews

“I have read it from cover to cover.

It is a thorough and heartfelt look at the case and it gives an unheard perspective on your friend.

It would be useful to hear your insights and perspective at first hand.”

Channel 4 “Murder In The Car” producer Adam Wishart, 12th of December 2017- two and a half years prior to the first broadcast of the Channel 4 Docudrama.

We found the information in your book about Daniel and Alan Holmes particularly significant.

I loved your portrayal of my brother, warts and all.

There was much that I didn’t know because latterly you had much more contact with him than me. But every line of what you wrote about Daniel and his character rang true for me.

I sincerely thank you for that as it has given me a whole lot more to remember about Dan. I hope he’s looking down on us now.”

Alastair Morgan Co-Author of “Who Killed Daniel Morgan” 16/06/18.

“David Bray’s book is a very important addition…a very, very important marker, a biomarker of what was really going on.”

Author and Investigative Journalist Laurie Flynn, co-author of the book

“For the record, I found it a fascinating read and, in my humble opinion, you have done your friend justice”.
